Pro tip:
Be 18, get a credit card, put a small charge and pay it in full right away. Do that until you can get several high limit credit cards.

Once you have several high ceiling credit cards, just never pay any again!

On a serious note, an acquaintance of mine was about to move to Spain for good. Before he left, he went to every bank, credit union and lender and took out many many loans everywhere he could. Netting himself hundreds of thousands of dollars to his name.
He then left for Spain and never came back. In my country, debt cant send you to jail. At most they can take anything to your name. If he ever comes back he only needs to not have anything to his name and he's a free man.

Edit: he was married to a Spanish citizen and thus also had spanish citizenship guaranteed, plus had spent some time there so he knew he wouldnt need to come back
