Hi I being a homebrew advocate though the last brew I made was Colt 45, I am only getting back to brewing. The reason the gov., are going to curtail drinking of alcohol and all fermented drinks due to our government drive to safeguard our health and an added bonus they will be very happy to tell you that this will reduce the amount of carbon dioxide produced in Ireland. We in Ireland are going to save the world. A question is there a way to reduce the glorious smell hops, wheat 'the mash' during this stage of brewing. Thanks.
