Forgot your Password? How to Reset Windows 11,10, 8.1 Password without flash drive and disk

I have a Lenovo C40-05, forgot the password so followed your instructions. Everything went well but now the screen just says LENOVO... it is not prompting me to finish with the last part of country, name the computer, etc. Do I need to do it again?
