Thanks for this. I currently use Office 2010. When upgrading to Microsoft 365, would I uninstall 2010 and then, per your reply on another post, restart or uninstall 2010, install 365 and then restart? Thank you.

I preciously had Microsoft 2019 but upgraded to 365. After the installation of 365, when i click to open one of the apps, its still the 2019versions that open. Do i have to first uninstall the Office 2019?

I've been paying for the subscription for months now but, nowhere on my dashboard does it allow me to download the apps. It keeps bringing me back to my subscription page with no option to install or download apps... so frustrated. Tried following your steps but, doesnt have the install option.
