I love your show, Rachel, but the old shows you did are my favorites, and will always be. I watched them for such a long time, even if it was a rerun. I didn’t care, you were just so much fun and so interesting! I’m one of those people who watches, but never really cooks. My children are grown With children of their own (my wonderful grandchildren). They are all good cooks, though they certainly didn’t learn it from me. Anyway, your old shows will always be my favorites. I think you are amazing!

I use a country gravy mix uses water
(Could substitute with milk)
Add cheese and add pasta.

I knew that already, that's not knew she just got it.. No mustard though but a egg will due best. Pasta needs to be cooked longer that 6 minutes sometimes, it all depends on pasta size . You.dont have to cold shock pasta if it's going back into a hot pot of chessy sauce just drain well.😊

I good teaspoon of English mustard is the correct way to go.

French mustard is, for me, an addition to a salad dressing.

I use 1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard, but will try grainy mustard.
