WorldGuard Plugin Tutorial Minecraft

Learn how to use WorldGuard in order to protect your server from griefers, stop mob-spawning in certain regions, and more.

im making a prison server and using worldgaurd, but if i claim a mine
how do i claim a extra region where players can mine and not mine?
because if i do /region flag (mine a lobby) where people cant pvp and
break blocks while doing the same for the mine without deny block
breaking its still the same as the lobby from the mine??
