Hi can u tell me how to take a specific player to break place or use (command)

I want a Town region, followed by a House plot. I put House plot priority as highest and Town as lowest, yet the Town plot settings are found on the House plot.

So I want players not being able to destroy the Town but allowed to edit their own House plots.

I don't get how you're marking. Is it at corners for rectangular region? Like explain how to mark spots because I didn't get how you chose those spots. Does it automatically know to SQUARE up the area?
