Colon cancer rates are rising, but there are ways to prevent it

The statistics are frightening. The rates for people becoming diagnosed with colon cancer under 50 years old has increased every year. Over 100,000 people will be diagnosed this year, but there are ways to prevent it

"By 2030 it’s expected to be the largest cause of cancer deaths overall," said Dr. Peter Chin-Hong, a professor of medicine at University of California San Francisco. He says there are signs that can indicate if you have colon cancer.

The biggest way to keep yourself healthy is not that difficult.

One way to prevent these diseases are to eat healthier, and not consume fast food.

Plant based diet prevent it. Lots of beans, peas, potatoes, and fruits .

Reason #1 : Not eating vegetables and vegetable juices. Those who have colon cancer hated vegetables
Reason #2: high inflammation in the body due to eating excessive meat products over the period of a long time.


Solution.: eat raw vegetables fiber, drink green leafy vegetable juice and skip meat and find other sources of protein.

Behind most cancer there is inflammation due to acidic food. Remember the pH scale
