A colon cancer surgeon told me, eat broccoli as much as possible, stay away from take away food and walk 1-2 hours every day and that's probably the best way to prevent it. who knows???

think about it, HUNDREDS of chemicals and ingredients that are in american food, are banned elsewhere. there is a reason why people shouldn't consume the food unless you truly know your sources. plus more and more young people are vaping and smoking and not caring about what fast food does to them skinny or fat.

Kids, eat your vegetables.

That broccoli you hate is a bonafide cancer-fighter.

when you read the ingredients in so much of the food in the usa, the fda allows companies to put in literal cancer. one of many reasons for the rise. it's hard to not become obsessive in reading labels nowadays but you kinda gotta

I had testicular cancer last year at the age of 25, I never thought I would get cancer because I had the typical "yeah, but not me" attitude. It happens more often than you would think.

I’m 23 and smoked cigs from 14 to 21 and vaped 21 to just 2 months ago. I quit for many reasons but I was so scared I’d get colon cancer down the line, still am. I’m eating right and doing yoga and cardio, seeing so many positive changes in my life. I hope others have the courage too change too.

American nutrition and health will do that to you. We lack the quality control and care in this society to give people the best options, simply the easiest and quickest. That is our culture—immediate sensations.

It’s sad. But it makes some people very very rich. And I don’t think they care.

5 bucks says that on top of the diet we're eating, the chemicals companies are putting in foods is to blame too. I've understood we're putting things like titanium in foods to make them look a brighter white.

Take a FIT test every 1-2 years. I just got mine done a few weeks ago and I'm only 29.

Colaguard use can nullify insurance coverage. Insurance companies then consider the test results to prove “a preexisting condition.”

Even the UN classified cell phone radiation as a carcinogen and in other country's maternity clothes have anti cellphone radiation shielding .
