I just watched "The Black Knight" with Martin Lawrence, the main villain in the movie kept referring to Martin's character as a moor lol

An Arab/Muslim is not a race. Moor was used to describe black people 💯. Keep the content coming 🔥🔥

Absolutley correct. In a number of european countries such as Spain, Netherlands, Portugal among others they paint themselves black and wear afro type wig during various festivals depicting Moors. The fact that the Moors were black is also represented in food, ...in Cuba there is a dish known as "Moros y Cristianos" (Moors and Christians) which consists of Black beans representing Moors and white rice as the Christians.

King you are killing them as usual...keep up the fine work...

Yes 1000% agreed, and the evidence that does appear in their manuscripts on their coat of arms and medieval images, depicts two symbols that can be associated with religion, one ☝🏽 crescent moon and star, secondly, the six pointed star or Star of David or Solomon, please zoom in and examine those images closely. You may have overlooked them the first time zoom in and look again at every detail

Ai even knows what Moor meant. This is the response as used in various languages Moro (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) – Historically used to refer to people of North African descent, often darker-skinned.Moreno/Morena (Spanish, Portuguese) – Describes a person with dark skin, hair, or complexion.Maur (German, Scandinavian languages) – Refers to a Moor or someone with darker skin, historically from North Africa.Moura (Portuguese) – Used in folklore to describe a dark-skinned enchanted being, often linked to ancient legends.Moricaud (French, old term) – Historically referred to people with darker complexions.Mori (Italian) – Derived from "Moor, " it can refer to a dark-skinned or darker-complexioned person.Maurus (Latin) – The Latin root for "Moor, " originally describing the people of the Mauretania region (North Africa). We know that in the early times North Africa was originally black.

For those who keep referring to Arabs as Moors. Look up "original Arabs" and check out the images.

Come back and tell us what they look like.

Most people already know this, they just choose to deny it. When I was first started learning about the Moors (after watching the movie “The Long Ship) it was an accepted fact that the Moors were black. This was only 30 year ago, today if you do that same research, you’d be lead to believe the moors were pale skinned North Africans, not associated with black people whatsoever.

I still cant wrap my mind around why they would lie. I just can't fathom taking and another culture's history from them.

I've been impressed with your work for years. It's great to see you're using my source recommendation "Ancient and Modern Britons" for your research. It validates the usefulness of my library. Be encouraged King!

Thank you TKM. Years ago, most of us who knew about the Moors were told the Moors were black (Negro). We studied how they went to and Civilized parts of Europe. Of course as time progressed many of them were forced out of Europe. It's amazing how some have tried to change history to claim the Moore were Arabs or Muslims.

I remember going to a castle in the mountains of Spain outside Barcelona and there was a black Mary and Jesus statue. Definitely was a black presence in southern Europe

Thank you for breaking it down. By the way, a little off topic, but related. Sherlock Holmes arch rival was Moriarty…Bet there’s some deep meaning behind that.

Zwarte which means black, has its etymology rooted in Indo-European “swerd/zwerd”. Where we get the word swarthy- black or dirty. Zwarte Peit is a black figure celebrated in dutch folklore, where people paint themselves black, red lips, and Afro…
