Use field marshal with Logistics Wizard, high level generals, support companies such as logistic companies, ports supply hubs and railways to get better supply.
There are air supply, army supply and navy supply.

Biggest problem is allied npcs throwing every fighting age man they can find onto a front where the logistic barely is enough to support a single guy with a shotgun.

An important feature about supply iverlooked is bottlenecks, which means there is too much pressure in the supply hub which hurts the entire supply line, the solution is looking at red supply hubs, and maxing railways that all connect, also build more supply hubs nearby to relieve pressure, also another tip for attacking is maybe slow down when pushing and wait for enemy hubs to repurpose because it takes a week for you to get enemy supply, also something i see noobs do is not connecting their railroads, this is very apparent in France if you attack through Belgium without taking the Netherlands

All you need to know is when pushing go for the supply hub, then let's the rest of your front push up and repeat. Just always go for the supply hub and upgrade those railways

Really wish paradox would add cheaper supply hub alternatives with lower max supported divisions. Cause my god the AI do be looking at the one supply hub in an area like the last Choco taco at an orgy for fat people.

Convoys are also important especially if ur an island nation fighting outside ur home island. Played as japan fighting in the US and ran out of convoys and they had no supply 😭

Biggest problem I have is that the ai doesn’t do anything to help with supply. Doesn’t build railways, doesn’t upgrade them, and don’t build supply hubs

Use case nr 356: Invade a heavily defended Singapore through Siam. Use Supply only from North East Indian ports. Defense = 24 divisions. You have air dominance.

As Germany finally meet this issue when almost reach the ural, end up wait for another 1 years to make new supply hub, upgrade all the infrastructure then finally capitulate the soviet.

Even tho I'm still kinda new to the game i already understood how supply worked, my problem with it is it seemes ai doesn't understand or build up supply so i have to build it up and on top of that on certain parts of the map you have to stop your fronts completely because there's no hub so you gotta build, i know doctrine can fix and including logi wizard but it's still hella annoying.

This works until you are playing as fucking Switzerland and you need convoys to supply your troops for some reason.... No i am not making this up. Sod you paradox

I think it’s rediculous considering even as op super Germany you can’t supply operation Barbarossa without being bogged down by supply issues. Germany had 2.9 million men along the entire front. Good luck getting that in this game now
