Ben, I just got a high ankle sprain or syndesmosis injury. Suggested to get it operated and put steel plates along with screws to stabilize the joint as there is ligament injury in the inner side too. Is there any non surgical way by which I can heal up my ankle joint ?
(although the fracture can get healed from wearing a cast/plastee case during the inital phase)

Hey, I'm 5months post ACL/Meniscus Surgery right now. I was seeing my physical therapist for the past 5 months, but I unfortunately had to move to a different state at this point of year. My PT said it'd be okay to continue rehab without him, since I know the exercises we've been doing in clinic, and to just progress them.

I'd really like to ask you for your advice on my situation, at this 5 month mark on my own. Regarding rehab, what are the best exercises I can do and what should I really focus on for a safe recovery?

Your response would mean so much to me. Also note that I do not have a sled in my current gym, but I want to do something equivalent to sled pulls or walking backwards. THANK YOU THANK YOU

Hi been trying to do the standing version for a while my inner thighs are insanely tight and painful I can barely get 90degrees with my legs roughly 45degrees apart if that makes sense my question is how long should I try to hold position for? Or should I be going up and down for reps? Thanks for everything you do your helping more people than you realise
