Make sure, fast boot is enabled on boot menu and secure boot is also enabled on security menu

I had the same problem and i think this can help!
If u installed from windows to chrome os flex it might not work and have some boot problem
A solution that i used and it worked is to take off the usb and the turn on the computer.Fix if it said and then retry
It should work after this!
