Went thru 5.6 months of excruciating pain with this issue I knew what it was but my Dr didn't want to think it was that. After 4 x-rays 2 MRIs finally that was the diagnosis and had to go to pain spinal specialist to get cortesteroids epidural to relieve inflammation.finalky pain was gone in a day or two but needed phototherapy on my thigh area due to 24 7 spasms and electrucruring radiating pain with nerve inflammation. Pain was terrible.
