I just bought a brand new UMK425 from bunnings but when i turned it upside down to do edging (1:01), the engine stops, am i missing anything?

Thank you so much. I couldn't find this in my user instruction booklet! I believe you wind the line the opposite direction if you are left-handed too?

It's a great unit except for one thing - if you have arthritis in hands, it's a pain getting the cap off the head.

God it's a horrible system. When I do exactly as described the line continues to unravel. Not easy at all. Looks great in the video however not user friendly.
