In this class, we combine the graceful, flowing movements of tai chi and qigong into one seamless flow to promote loving-kindness. We finish with a Loving-Kindness Guided Meditation.

Such a peaceful video. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow -- makes Tai Chi so easy for those of us who are relatively new to the practice. I've been using your videos for about a week, after I challenged myself to do Tai Chi every day for 100 days. Only 88 days to go!
