Puss in Boots - Death // When Darkness Falls

OMG I LOVE THIS MOVIE! Death is one of the best villains I have seen in such a long time! the way they created the Motif of his whistle every time he is about to appear on screen. and the fact that puss is absolutely terrified of him makes him so much more menacing. pls watch this movie! it is so much fun!
and I know the video doesnt have lyrics, I was gonna add some but I felt that that would take away from the incredible animation of the clips shown.

I love how this character is portrayed in this. He isn’t a villain. Yes he looks like one, talks like one and definitely acts like one. But there is a message. I believe he is trying to show puss the value in life and how not to waste it so easily and to not think that you are immortal because you have 9 lives. Because you never know the value of life until it’s about to be taken away.. amazing character!

Despite knowing very little other than certain scenes and how he seeks only to install the fear in death into puss as well as make him see life is precious no matter how many you get, this character literally inspired me to make a star wars character that is literally just him but force Sensitives. Death/lobo/big bad wolf is one of my new favorite villains ever lol

Ok, I am not joking when I say this edit made me want to watch Puss in Boots-

I never watched anything to do with him, at all. But... dear lord this edit, the voice lines, I now have to see it.

... Jamie what have you done to me- XD Introduced me to so many songs, such as cruel world, battle scars, lost in the moment, dynasty, I lived, and so many more, an entirely new art in the way of masking, and given me tips on how to improve my edits. The villian or well wolf is a great addition and played very well, as is true in the real world. We can cheat death and live alittle longer with medicines and the ability for us to sometimes bring people back from their death but eventually he will come back

why every one is saying Death is a Villain... i felt Death was some kind of Hard Mentor to make Puss in boots humble about living and death..
so Death was portrayed more like an Anti Hero legend.
