Показать описание
Instructions on how to perform Cluneal Nerve Flossing. This can be helpful if you have tingling, numbness or pain down the low back and over the glute. No floss should be performed with pain or aggravation of other symptoms. If it hurts at a certain point - stop the motion short and only floss in the pain free range.

Awesome stuff, i felt some relief from the pain. I'll be adding this to my mobility regime.

Thank You Katie. I’ve suffered back problems most of my life. I’m 61, had many failed back surgeries. I had a bilateral Superior Cluneal Nerve block awhile ago and the pain disappeared, just for the weekend. But my new Pain Specialist found I have cluneal nerve issues. First Dr to tell me that. I’m thinking about the stimulator implant for the nerves or surgery to remove them. But I’m definitely trying your stretching exercise.

I found this to be quite helpful. Are there any other exercise you can recommend for cluneal nerve issues?
