Here I show two BJJ submissions I have picked up recently the names are pretty catchy not sure who really came up with the move or the name... If you decide you really want to crank their arm which I don't recommend you might try ducking under the arm a second time to really get a bad crank.

I ust found you and am so happy. I am an aikido guy and now a BJJ guys and am always looking for standing aikio-like moves to be used in BJJ. Is there another way to trap the opponent's arm and then do the duck (as you called it)? I mean what if the opponent grabs your sleeve etc ?
