I have a real quick question regarding this video. In order to do the cat camels with a thoracic spine bias, will it make sense to rock the hips back towards the heels as some strength coaches recommend when doing thoracic rotation from quadruped?

The cat-camel with the upper-thoracic bias is a very subtle-looking movement. Is this the same thing as a "scap push-up" on the knees, or similar, or something else entirely? Thanks.
