Great tips ty. I was told once by a plummer to rinse off any food particles on the dishes before wash because they don't easily devolve and clog up the dish washer lines.True or not it's worked for me. I haven't had any problems sense then 🍒

Always tilt the bowl lids facing forward, towards you. That allows the water to drain out.

Some "argument" and a "Try This". Rinse your dishes in the sink. Keep the food particles out of the filter. The primary goal is to avoid protein buildup on dishes. Let the detergent work on that. That's what the enzymes are for. Don't dilute them.
"Try This". My "Short Wash" cycle runs 43 minutes w/o rinsing. Use a Tablespoon of Bleach and 1/4 cup liquid Detergent (cheap stuff). Do not close dispenser cap. My glassware is coming out sparkling clean. Bleach also attacks proteins.

If that's all you are planning on washing in the DW, you might as well wash by hand bc you are wasting water & energy

I was told that it is safest to load all forks, knives and spoons with handles up only. That way, you grab the handles to remove them and don't put germs on the end going into your mouth.

My husband helps me with the dishes.I keep telling him not to do these thins.He puts plastic in the bottom and puts glass dishes where they hit.They chip.

You forgot to mention how to slide silverware rack over the two metal knobs on inside door. Lots of folks don’t realize this and place it on side of bottom rack!!! Umm ..until I saw that clue on Tic Tok I did the inside rack too.
