Windows 11 How to allow an app or program through the Windows Firewall

Here are the steps to add a app to the Firewall in Windows security

I use Malwarebytes Windows Firewall Control, but this is good for those that don't need another program starting and running in the background.

I can't even click the "Allow an app through firewall" link because it is greyed out

I just installed windows 11 yesterday on a fully supported PC. Now if I want to perform a quick scan by clicking the Windows security app on the taskbar, a pop up appears telling me to look for a new app in the Microsoft Store. in this video I saw you click the security icon to get to the security dashboard. Is there a setting I have to change somewhere?
