The purpose of this study was to compare the surgical and microbiological characteristics of FRI patients that had union and those that had non-union.Through a retrospective study in Single Level I Trauma Center between 2013-2021, we found the use of bone graft and use of topical antibiotic to increase risk of fracture non union. We also found Infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa was associated with a decreased rate of non-union and infection with MRSA does not affect non union rate.
