Requiring regular drug and alcohol testing of all WH and Congress members, officials, and staff is immediately necessary. Our national security is at stake, as well as the safety of innocent Americans. Security (top secret and classified) clearances must not be handed out at whim to ANYONE who fails regular drug and alcohol testing.
