I think my thermal probe is good but the oven is only heating up to about 225f while diplaying 350f.... Does that mean the control board is bad? Is there a way to reset it or jolt it back to life? The oven isn't worth the cost of replacing the board.

Need help please. Have a kenmore electric range. The oven temps are erratic. the lower temps from 175 to 300 are off by -15 degrees and the higher temps from 350 to 475 are off + or - 10 to 20 degrees. Have changed the oven heat sensor but does nothing. Cannot set temp by the digital pad which can go to + - 30 degrees. Can someone please tell me what I need to change to hopefully get this thing right?

What is "11 hundreds ohms of Resistance" (I know you meant 1100 ohms or 1.1 kOhms) but is it correct? The multimeter scale is set at kOhm so it should be 11 kOhms

my maytag electric range oven will only heat to 275 on bake and on broil ???
