Skoda Fabia / MK4 VW Polo Front Suspension Bushes / Arm Replacement

Make sure you get the road wheels aligned after doing this procedure :-) Also ONLY use silicone grease (see below) for helping the bushing to ease in. Regular grease will degrade the rubber over time.

Humble tip for less experienced diy's, when you tight 90 degrees with extensions to the front of the car, put some wood under the ratchet (or the tire) so the extension assembly doesn't float in the air, and it will be a breeze.. because if the sockets jump off the bolt your fingers will kiss the ground lightning speed. And your back will thank you also.
