And then the inbred version of Marty goes to the past does the same thing, and makes a more inbred version of himself, and then the more inbred version goes to the past and so forth until Lorraine eventually gives birth to a screaming head which dies within hours. That Marty obviously can't do any time travel, so everything resets and starts again in a never ending loop of inbred pain and misery.
