The vegan egg makes amazing French toast! It does take forever to cook! But it's worth it for the French toast, that's been my best success so far with the product.

I was so surprised when I first tried the vegan egg. I've never really been a fan of eggs, but it is my favorite egg alternative for baking. I do wish they had added some nutritional elements because as it stands, it's just empty calories and does not really benefit anyone as a main dish.

vegan egg: let it sit a moment before pouring it into the pan and it will start to form the egg texture and take less time to cook. They generally taste a little watery, the solution to this is to add some diced tomatoes which will trick your brain into thinking the water is from the tomatoes. I like them with mushrooms tomatoes and cheese.

When you're cooking the vegan egg on a skillet, it will shrink significantly. I was a little disappointed the first time (it was a very small serving and like she said, a little rubbery). Now I just use it to make waffles and as a baking replacement and it works wonderfully.

Thanks. What's in the vegan egg? Maybe let cook a little longer before filling & smaller roll, fold over to form. The pasta salad does this compromise the raw with raw & cooked with cooked plants/grains fodd combining to not cause digestive distress?

Eye balling is a no no! When you are dealing with real good stuff like the vegan eggs, when directions are followed they are MAJOR!
I add a 1/4 teaspoon of Asofataeda - if you miss the egg taste, just wait until you try that amazing Indian spice.
It is vegan & I add it to quite a few things, especially stir fry's & curries.
Amazing products at Thrive Market (I sprinkle Malvern Sea Salt crystals on a mixture of the almond butter & the Nutella inspired spread on my toast after I spread.
