If u don’t want to waste $50 bucks on ice, instead u can use

Empty lipstick (some leak some work)
Empty deodorant (make sure to clean)
Empty glue stick (make sure to clean)
Popsicle maker container
Or litterally just and ice cube

Direct contact of ice with your skin is actually unhealthy, but if you still want to, literally just use an ice cube.

-fill up an ice tray with water
-freeze it
-get an ice cube
-cover half of it with a towel or a cloth
