Ok guys just to solve the questions about access to my mums back garden!! As Ben has said there is none my mums house is end of terrace and for some crazy reason when the houses were built, the front side of that wall Ben and everyone has been passing rubbish over is mums neighbours front garden, but the other side is my mums back garden !!! Makes no sense but it is what it is, so unfortunately no gate or demolition of the wall is possible. Maybe Be can show you with the drone. Thanks again boys for your amazing help ❤❤❤❤
