I think they nailed the character design for both Thor and Odin. Not only are they inventive takes, but they show off the characters’ personality, they make a statement. The stark difference between Thor and Odin makes them that much more imposing. You know who’s the brains and who’s the braun, but both are equally intimidating.

This game's design of Thor is 10 times better than anything I could have imagined.
As for Odin... I was hoping he would be a big guy too. Maybe some of the books I read as a kid gave me a different perspective of how he looked, like a sort of large Santa Claus but without the gut.
Thinking about it, what if Odin had a similar build and size as Kratos, but he came off as much more friendly and caring? Would have really worked into manipulating Atreus since he'd be building a relationship with Odin that he couldn't get out of Kratos.

I actually really like Thor’s design! He reminds me of the version in the comics “Valhalla” that I used to read as a kid. He was also a big guy with red hair.
