Sonny, I know you won't read this, but I've subscribed because my late wife always watched your channel and she loved it. I would watch on occasion, and I always enjoyed it too. You gave her a lot of good content to watch while she was sick. Thank you for what you do, as you never know how it affects people out in the world. The Norwegian Lutefisk is actually Klippfisk. Lutefisk is made using caustic soda which gives it a jelly like texture remotely from the Klippfisk texture.
