I Tried 'Healthy' Instant Ramen

So "healthy" is totally up for interpretation, but I selected a few healthy instant ramen noodles to try, which contain fewer processed ingredients than your average ramen packet. One of them surprised me in a good way, and another surprised me in...well, you'll have to watch to find out. ;)

Great vid. 👍
Added the ones you enjoyed to my shopping cart during your vid.
Looking forward to trying something new.
Thanks again for great quality and content.

I'd rather use shrimp or salmon and bok choy and maybe broccoli florets and add a little low sodium soy sauce. For spice, a pinch of turmeric and small bits of fresh ginger.

I happened to cook the Jade Pearl ramen and it just came out better after marinating in some fresh mushroom broth as the broth is way too spicey!

What I'm thinking about is just getting Ramen noodles dried spaghetti style you know? Quick noodles alone. Just noodles to be prepared with other stuff

Good video but there's nothing wrong with MSG in moderation (unless you have a sensitivity or allergy of course!)

Have you tried immi ramen? I don't think they're in stores yet but if you google youll find them, sooo good for a healthy ramen!

The rice ramen seemed to be the best one with a reasonable amount of waay below 1k+ mg of sodium is better

Late comment, but try chef woo ramen. Beef or chicken, other ones are weird for me.

It is very rude to slurp soup. If it's too hot to put in your mouth without making any noise, there are 2 things you can do.
1. Blow on it
2. Wait until it cools.
Polite society wouldn't allow you to eat with then more than 1 time. I'm from south GA & slurping is almost as bad as showing up late to church. Both are bad dorm.
