You can add a value to sunburst chart. Hover over top right corner of the chart and click on the filter icon and go to more lable options and tick value

Is it possible to organize the genres and sub-genres in alphabetical numerical order? Or can you organize them so they appear in the same order they are written in the excel table?

But how are you supposed to place the data... mine is blank. I also only use words in mine, because I'm doing assigment and not. Is there a need for spaces, I have no clue how my data needs to be written up, for it to actually be hiarakical
