Показать описание
We all would love to have fantastic bosses who bring out the best in us, help us succeed, and make us feel valued. And you’ve heard it time and time again. People don’t leave a company — they leave a boss. According to a Gallup study, 50% of employees left their job to get away from their manager to improve their overall life at some point in their career. After all no one deserves to be mistreated for the job they perform. Surprisingly though, another study found that employees end up working longer (two years, on average) for toxic bosses than non-toxic bosses.
Here are 9 ways to deal with a difficult boss and if it still isn’t solving your interpersonal issues, take the high road and seek out a better employer, it’s worth it in the long run.
