Here is the Allulose I used

Keto Lemon Cookies
1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
3 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1/3 Cup Powdered Sweetener (I use Allulose)
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
Glaze
1/4 Cup Powdered Allulose (or another keto sweetener)
2 tsp-2 Tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix all wet ingredients and combine with dry
When everything is blended place in fridge or freezer to cool down to make the dough more workable
Roll into balls (roll balls into powdered sweetener)
Freeze for 5 minutes
Take palm of hand and push balls down into a cookie shape.
Bake 350° for 10-12 Minutes.
Make glaze by slowly adding Lemon juice into powdered sweetener until desired consistency is achieved.
Once cookies have cooled place glaze over cookies.
Enjoy.
