Awesome detective work SMR! That Wesley guy turns my stomach. And, he said in the clip that Tesla just laid off 50% of their workforce. I thought it was only like 10%. I've already voted all of my shares FOR Elon's compensation package. He earned it. We all benefited from it. End of story!

It is very misleading to call it a 55B compensation plan. The compensation was about 2B in options, which Elon made worth 55B. Given he got nothing if the growth did not occur, this seems quite reasonable given the risk premium.
