I actually just purchased rings about 3wks ago and am already noticing an increase in strength and muscle tone. I highly recommend rings to anyone who's looking to build a stronger foundation.

When El Eggs struggles on an exercise, you know it's damn near impossible for us mere mortals to execute it correctly

I’ve been learning ring muscle ups and have worked my way up to 4 in one set. My chest has already gotten bigger and theres a huge difference in my shoulder stability. Strongly recommend

I've been training for almost a year now mostly with weight's and i just did my first ring workout. I have to say this was the best workout of my life, i feel every muscle in my body.
The sense of accomplishment when you able to do even the easiest static holds is amazing. I can't wait to progress.
And everybody that feels hesitant about bringing rings to the Gym because it may look stupid, just do it and enjoy the strugle :D. You will be suprised how positive the people will react.
Thank you guy's for the awsome videos.

I'm 6'5 and 230-240 lbs and rings have helped IMMENSELY with gaining strength. Like its absurd how strong I've become just using rings and a pull up bar, not to mention how much fun it is to swing and move your body.

Damn. Im getting rings now. All my workouts will be performed on them. So versatile, and with a weighted vest, i will see great results.

Another exercise option is what I call cardio rings--I use a weighted vest (not necessary) and do dips, push-ups and pull-ups employing a "cheating technique" in that I use my legs to assist. I spring up from the ground with leg assist and, believe it or not, this prevents my orthopedic concerns (knee/back) from compromising my movements and exercise intensity. This allows me to use the entire body, increase reps to 30-40 pullups, 30-40 pushups and even higher reps for triceps dips even with the vest. The intent, of course is not necessarily to increase my personal history of push/pull movements but rather to elevate my heart rate using the entire body for the better part of 1 hour--akin to cross country skiing. This 71-year-old loves it. --Mike

Simply put they are the single most compressive workout tool you can ever own, they crush the barbell/dumbbell for overall versatility and flexibility of use

And the results are sick...I'm gaining from rings more than i have from weights ...and I've lifted for 35 years

Comprehensive video. Excellent explanation using technical vocabulary. I just bought a pair of oly rings for 20 pounds from Argos. So cheap yet so effective. It just goes to show you don't have to spend a lot on equipment for an effective workout.

This channel is great! I would love to see a video dedicated solely to isometric training, specially for building strength, and the right way to perform them, maybe something like "top 10 isometrics for building upper body strength". Awesome videos guys, keep em' coming! :)
