I think even 3 rings can be too much if you have something on your wrist. Put on 2-3 accessories, get your fit looking how you want it, and then remove one accessory before going out. Less is more. Sometimes you can break this rule but with a fit like you've got on where it's 1 layer it clashes too much with all the jewelry.
