INTERSTELLAR (2014) | Full Ending Scene 4K UHD

Description: Cooper is found and brought to the 'Cooper' Station where he meets with his now elder daughter. Incredibly dramatic and fulfilling closure.

We recommend watching the three (3) videos that lead to this ending where Copper enters the Black Hole and 5th Dimension.

There is a nice explanation here of all that is going on: the 5th dimension, the Tesseract, and more. We suggest watching all three clips first and in order.

What an incredible ending. The one thing that seems a bit odd or we missed is that no one from HER family (which would be his) really reacts to him being there, they acknowledge but no introduction, big emotional surprise, etc...

“Because my dad promised me.” That hits as heavy as a ton of bricks.

Love this scene. Cooper is basically still a ghost here. None of his descendants recognize him or care for him, if were honest. He is a relict of the past and the only person he can relate to is Brand, in another galaxy. His daughter knows he must get to her for his own sake as well. She has become a very wise old woman.

"I wanna know where we are, where we're going" is one of the best lines from the movie. Really makes you think about what's out there

6:22 "Because my dad promised me." I always choke up when I hear her say those words in this scene. This scene is so powerful.

I always felt that Cooper didn't get the respect he deserved in the end. People were too blaze around him. Brand was there to tell his story and somehow, they didnt show the respect. When speaking to Cooper, the doctor said "Murf said how important he was in everything" it felt like a reassuring comment and not really what they thought. He should have been treated like the saviour of mankind, like Murf was treated.

Graduated in high school when this movie came out and I watched it recently. My dad and I were originally suppose to go together but life happens and he’s been gone since 2021. I cried in the end.

TARS' audible disappointment when Cooper dials back his humor setting to 60% gets me every time

When Brand takes off her helmet, what a relief it must have been after breathing normal air after decades. The movie is perfection. ❤

"Well this is Murphy Cooper we're talking about..."
For a Dad to hear his daughter being respected and revered like that.... moving.

Arguably the most suitable, most impactful ending to any movie I've seen. The rapid orchestra notes KILL me. Zimmer and Nolan created something that is genuinely beautiful

He stayed in the hospital for days. It took weeks for Murph to get to Murph Station. The whole family had time to meet Cooper. The point of this whole scene is to show how out of place, and time, Cooper was. The only thing that mattered is that he get back to Murph as he had promised. And he did, and she told him to go this time, and find Brand. He did exactly that. No chit chat. It's necessary.

Gotta be one of the deepest and best movies I’ve ever watched

This movie teaches us two things: our understanding of the definition of limits and time are non-existant. These are only words we found for things we cannot describe. Even if it's a movie - we are smaller then small in what we call our universe. We will never be able to understand "all" because there is no "all". That's what this movie would like to show us. And that's why it's a great movie.

I've never seen this movie but watched a couple of scenes. I lost my mom a little under 2 months ago and all I could think was how badly I wish I could see her again, even if its on my death bed. And then I had a glimmer of something that looked like hope that maybe I will. A lot of people report seeing their loved ones when they're close to death. Why not me?
Mom, I hope I'll see your radiant smile again. If I was promised you'd be there for me in 50 years, this burden of living the rest of those years without you would be a lot lighter.
