I honestly have to thank you, my ex best friend always told me "Lyla, you have so much pimples, you should scrape them!" And I feel like she said that so they can get worse and she can be the pretty one. I'm in 6th grade and I'm 77 pounds, but she always body shames me. This video includes mental health as well which makes me happy because people glowing-up just isn’t about just your physical health. Mental health is just as important as your physical health.
