I am so thankful for this video. Before this video I didn't understand time travel, and now after watching this video, I still don't understand time travel.

As someone who reminisces in the past quite frequently, I would love to revisit the past back to when I was a lot younger, but refrain from making contact and just hide away. Just so I could see myself being happy and content as a teenager where the stresses of the adult life and responsibilities were gone. Also to see my beloved loved ones who aren't in this world anymore.

If it existed I would go back and tell all my family that has passed how much I love them.

I’d go back in time so I could save myself the time I’ve spent watching time travel documentaries.

The speaker talks so calm and slow, so I can still follow him when high. So nice

My bed is a time machine. If I lay down and close my eyes, I wake up in tomorrow.

I like the theological words of Newman, "that which is to be is not yet, but what is now is only for a season, and is not eternity..."

Hard to believe I'm actually watching this in 1921

Yes, I’m traveling into the future every moment I’m alive. My entire life has been traveling into the future. I’ve traveled 59 years so far.

Time travel would be so helpful to many but would cause chaos to others. It definitely expands our train of thought just thinking about time travel.

Yes. Every time you think of the past it feels like you’re there.

It took me a long time to wrap my head around the idea that everything that has happened, is happening and will happen is happening at the same time. In other words, that time is a singular point within the fabric of space -- one that we all experience relatively.

It's like an island that looks to someone in a ship like a speck on the horizon. The island is in their future. But to the person on the island, it is their present. The island hasn't changed -- only the way the two people experience it.

What I've learned watching this is their knowledge is light-years ahead of mine.

What I appreciate most about those who dedicated their lives to science and discovery is they only ever say "I believe this is how it works" instead of "I know this is how it works". I think this is the best way to view the world as it leaves yourself open to differing opinions and allows for further progress to be made instead of being steadfast or rigid in a particular way of thinking.

I have traveled through time from the 1970's(albeit slowly) to bring you great music!

Maybe going back in time is like watching a home video. You can only watch events but can’t communicate with anyone. You’d be invisible to people from the past. That would solve the whole Grandfather argument!

Man I would go back to have helped my mom to prevent from lung cancer taking her life, to have discovered it sooner and get the treatment.😢

Let’s just labour the assumption, for one minute, that time traveling does exist in the near or far future from now. How come nobody came back from the future to confirm us that time traveling is actually possible, in our present? Thank you for this magnificent presentation. Johnny, Montréal, Canada 🇨🇦
