Circle Change Up the right way ⚾️

If you want to throw a circle changeup the right way then do this. First l you have to get the grip right, and when you are throwing it, throw that circle to the ground. Next, you want to throw it like a fastball and let the spin and the grip do the work for you! If you’re not already throwing a circle changeup try it out and see how it works for you! #baseball

My son is starting to throw a circle change, the advice of “throwing the circl to the ground” has helped him a lot. He hasn’t tried throwing it in a game yet but he’s gonna give it a shot in their next tournament

I've told this same thing to my son. Throw Corcle Changeup just like the Fastball. Let the pitch do the work.

Any young pitcher deciding on what change up to throw. Please for the love of GOD pick the circle change. Play with it. Strangle it( forge it in your fingers), keep it gentle(more in your fingers). Force the circle down, DONT! Whatever works! But remember to TINKER
