Bro this hits home. A pastor from a college convinced my great uncle to put the college church in the will. My great uncle never had kids, a relationship, and lived very frugally. He worked at that college for a long time. He has about a half million dollars, 20k of it will go to my mother who has been the primary caretaker for decades while the church gets the rest.

Just an update for everyone in the comments for those that wanted for information, I have been looking for a way my mother to contest the will when my great uncle passes. We're trying to find anything that shows the pastor trying to persuade him in a letter or note after he was diagnosed with a mental decline. Also this pastor stopped coming around or helping after the will was created 10 years ago.
