Been to A and E a few times and it always astounds me . The NHS has got to be one of the most inefficient entities ever invented .

When I trained as a nurse in the 1970's, once we qualified we had to work for 6 months for our training hospital. Our training was totally different we were ward and nursing school based and we had a basic salary.

If only we could train MPs to do what they were elected for, which wasn't to import as many Albanians as possible and fill every town and village with them.

I worked in a large teaching hospital in London and the petty thievery that was going on was disgusting. The thieves called it 'perks of the job'

We might get doctors from abroad BUT their numbers are far outweighed by their countrymen and women were getting. And my former foreign GP and nurse were actually dangerous....

All these foreign doctors and nurses have no attachment to our people they don't careless.!!

South Africa does that exactly. Newly qualified doctors are even expected to work in rural areas, istead of urban areas. Older specialists/consultants also usually give a certan amount of time to working in public or training hospitals and clinics, where they help train students.

Our NHS needs the bloated leaches suckling from the British tax payers investment in the our NHS cutting off, its not in public interest or investor interests to have these non medical based practices crippling any possible gains.
