I've never tried those Meal Delivery things, because of all the Package material, and the fact that I have full pantry cupboards, freezer and fridge....that being said, I thank you for posting the recipe from Purple Carrot, since I have most of the ingredients already, in house...woot!

I got a matcha lemonade at Starbucks . It was delicious but I only drank a quarter of a grande and I felt like my insides were jumping. Not in a good way lol but I can drink coffee or black tea with no immediate issues. As long as I don’t have more than 3 cups a week. Then the anxiety and panic gets really bad . I was sad, cause I wanted to be able to drink matcha xo Davita

Ooh that Udon 🍜 noodle recipe looks delicious 😋. Last time I had those Trader Joe’s crab- less crab cakes they didn’t agree with me, but maybe they were sitting in my freezer too long 🤣. Great video👍🏻
