The ministry partner part is very important. I was pursued by a Pastor who had a calling to build a church and school in a third world country. That is very admirable. I was so grateful that he explained that early on, because I knew right then that I wasn't his wife because that was not my calling at all. Today he is married to someone else and has successfully founded his ministry, while I am the wife and helper of someone who had a different purpose.

It’s so convenient to move in with a boyfriend/girlfriend and this world is so expensive (it’s a trap) to put us in these relationships that go nowhere for years and years. Been dating my girlfriend for 4 years coming up in March and I knew 8months later I wanted to marry her. Communication is key we talked through it and decided to let us both finish school and than marry one another. I've noticed there's way more women that follow God than men, especially in the church. How do we navigate this when finding our husbands. What if they're not Christians?

What a wise woman. Intentionality is the key in knowing if a man is gonna marry you or not. This is so true my sister, why would people be in so long relationship without getting married in the end of the day. I call it waste of time.
