Morrocans trying to take ownership of Tajine but it is the oldest dish in Algeria. All our dishes are Tajine. What I love is the Algerian Tajine Zitoune with olives. Even the shape of the Tajine was recorded in algeria since 1600. Do not just listen to them, famous of faking things. They do it to build tourism in their country.
