Moroccans are North African. Not Arab because most Moroccans, and other North Africans have no ancestry from the Arabian peninsula. If you do then yes you are Arab.

Morocco has more than 5 native AMAZIGH spoken dialect.
Morocco is a north african AMAZIGH country.
90% of its culture is AMAZIGH NorthAfrican/mediterranean.
