I had the sag problem, too.
My bushings were worn. I tried the cheap ones at the auto parts store and they shattered.
After some searching l found
Cunningham Machine. They specialize in milled bronze door bushings.😅 l put them in and no sag no wind noise 😊.

I just replaced my pins and bushings and it still sags, so bad that it won't shut without being lifted up half inch

I had this problem on a 1978 caprice classic and it was caused by the hinge bolts damaging the threads on the door panel and body panel. Solution: longer grade 8 bolts backed up by lock washers and nuts. the dealer had over tightened the door bolts when servicing the car.
